Heh... Since I did remodeling/rennovations for 20 years or so, my wife will make life difficult if I don't do some of these things myself. Average labor cost for this in Houston is between $200 to $300, so I told her I'd do it, as long as my next cigar purchase doesn't get any complaints. Oddly enough it worked. <G>Yep. I have done it. I have also replaced full bathrooms, kitchens, and rebuilt engines. The nice thing about getting older is knowing you CAN do it but dont HAVE to do it.
It was an unoccupied rental house. The owner didn't really mind as insurance paid 100% of it. The second time doing the exact same house, I grinned most every day. Profits were very nice that month as far as I recall.Eh, it wouldn't be so bad if you got paid for it and you didn't cause the flood :rofl:
