i just finished a partagas shorts
also there's a hookah bar here in college park, i think there mostly run by egyptians, at least the one here is. you should see how common they are in cairo, there's literally one on every corner. anyways, i have a hookah and it's not that fascinating, though it is fun once in a while. if you actually decide to go let me know, i might meet you guys or give you some recommendations. some flavours suck.

CAO Criollo Pato and a Gurkha X-Fuerte torpedo. Just got done with a nice 3-hour hookah session with some friends. It really is great, tho there's no complexity and the flavors are artificial. It's great fun at college cause it's cheap and really social. Maybe I'll bring one or two of my hookahs to the Nebraska herf if there's interest and it's kosher.

I haven't smoked in 4-5 days due to a bad cold, however today I'm feeling great, the boss left early, thus I left early, and I am at home right now smoking a Don Carlos Lancero (thanks Irritech!!) and drinking a cold beer....this is a great cigar, by the way

What are the rest you fellers smokin' today?

Smoked me a custom freshie from a place in Omaha called La Cubana. They roll Nicaraguan puros and blends...their cigars are all they sell.

This one had a Sumatra wrapper and was about like a dalia in size.

Very smooth but rather mild.

Hey Todd -- next time try their maduro...pretty good. Sometimes they even have a figurado shaped one.

Myself, I smoked a Oliva Series G Maduro Belicoso over my lunch break.

Funny you should say that...I have one of their "natural" maduro torpedos as well.

Waiting to fire that one up though, he said it was a little heavy on the peppery spice.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the 'Rico Suave'...it's dipped in sugar water or something. Ack.

Not that anybody keeps up with the Giant Squid the same way they keep up with that girl from American Idiot... (I mean IDOL) BUT... Even though this is a retirement job and I ain't in it to get rich, I've officially had my fill of it. If anybody in the Houston area has need of a "FER REAL" Lotus Notes professional or a furniture store manager, please let me know. I'd also be willing to take a sales job in the cigar industry... <G>

NOTE: I'll work for cigars, just don't tell my wife...
