My sympathies. My mil got mad at fil and it was not fun. She gave us a thirty minute heads up that she was coming. Thankfully they made up. 51 years of marriage and they still can't get along.

I wouldn't mind if my MIL of 33 years moved in. She is one of the best cooks and bakers I have ever known and the house would maintain more of a sparkle since she would clean up the place.

So I have to move my computer out of the room so the mother in law can use it. Well, I come home for lunch today and because she works shift work she's laid out on the couch in the living room asleep. 10 feet from me and my computer. Can anyone hear her snoring cause it's loud as hell? Tell me again why I moved my computer out of that room if it's not going to be used for sleeping. This is the kind of thing I'm gonna get tired of, quick!! :lookaroun

LOL, this is my first. I had a daughter in my 20's, but knew I wasn't ready to settle. Hurt the mom, but I'm glad I don't have a divorce under my belt, which I almost certainly would have. I waited on getting married till my 30's, something I think alot of people should do. Anyway, told my wife last night I can handle everything but sleeping in my living room...she understood. :jitb:
