One of my locals may still have the ECBP A121 at retail, Jeremy @Glassman , let me know if you want an assist.

Next to last pour of the MWND last night. I've often said it's the only finished whiskey I like, but I think I've ruined myself for it too. Too sweet and too syrupy a mouthfeel now. Well, at least it saves me money on MWND going forward .

Definitely.

Hate to interfere with you saving money... But it could be the moment or it lost some intensity down the bottle...

Some nights finished don’t hit me right, sometimes they really hit the spot..

Custom blend burning chairs can be an amazing nightcap... But I often go back for 2 or 3 more and start the next day with my head in a vise.... :banghead::facepalm::ROFLMAO:

Ooh! Try pouring some in a small bottle and topping it up a little with a good complimentary rye! :D

I’ve been all about some custom blending experimentation the last year...

Blending could be a good way to finish off the last pour, Jeremy. The last couple/few haven't been the same, I just think most finished stuff is too sweet for my palate now.

I can swing by that store tomorrow if you like, I believe the A121 was 59.99 and tax (66?) and probably 12-15 to ship. Lemme know if you're in and I'll grab one if they still have it.

I’m kinda ready for whisky fad hype train to move on to another type of liquor....
It can't happen fast enough. Maybe Chartreuse for the taters next phase?

I did a pour man's blend and put my last 1.5 oz of MWND with 1.5 of Old Scout SiB Rye...it was actually better than either component alone. Total luck on the blender's part.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with my blending experiments. So much good stuff out there to work with. Just a little thought on what would compliment each other has led to some pretty great results.
