Those wraps are actually good once you eat a few. I use to eat them everyday for breakfast.When you need a break from 3 months of eating ground beef/rice/broccoli for lunch Mon-Fri. I present, the Swole-rito. 1/4 lb ground chicken, 1/3 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded Monterey Jack, hot sauce of choice, in a low-carb wrap. Looks awful, tastes great, 40g protein.
