Just some Mac n cheese. Added some cubes of oak about 1x1 3 inches long. Got a little smoked Mac. Pretty good. I’d do it again. First tryBeef stroganoff?

Tried something new with this brisket. I placed some cubed pork belly under the leaner part, to shield it a little more from the heat.
