Had my worst day at vestibular therapy in a few weeks. Bosu Ball squats do work the hell out of your legs and joints. The squatting combined with the shaking had my head pounding, ears ringing, and vision blurred. But the walking forward and backward while tossing a ball to the therapist is what made me nearly puke.

All work with an adjustable kettlebell at 2-4 reps in reserve

Bent over shoulder rows
Lateral cheat raises
Meadows Pullovers
Skull crushers
Pec fly
Chest press over sternum with both hands in KB horn

I need to start programming and stop just throw random things together.

Time for water and a nap.

Took my kid to camp today. About .25 walk with most of her stuff for the week. After a 38 minute drive I was wiped out. I had to have my wife drive home while I napped.

@Texican try doing this once a week and alternate between using your 10 rep max and 12 rep max as the top weight. When doing the 12 rep max the reps and count go up to ten. You can try 8 and 10 rep max, but that may be impossible after a hard workout.

Me and my friend Doug would do this as a leg finisher, but only if we didn't have to work the next day. Work usually required 5 miles or more of walking.

Getting my daughter to camp yesterday took a toll, and eating at a loud restaurant on the way home didn't help at all. So, vestibular therapy wrecked me this morning. It took me like fifteen minutes to get up the energy and strength to get out of the car. Being the type of person I am, this lead to frustration. That spiralled to anger as I laid on the couch listening to Colter Wall's new album.

10 kb cleans alternating sides with no rest until the pressure and dizziness make it impossible to continue.

Rest long enough to put the frozen pizza in the oven and drink a couple ounces of coffee.

8 kb OHP alternate arms after each set without resting and continue until you can't.

Check the pizza, drink some coffee

15 two handed KB power cleans from the floor

I'm having another day where I feel like I'll burn it all to the ground or get better and either one is fine.

Mike, I have so much respect for you powering through things that most could not. I hope it's the latter of the two options for you.
