Isn't it absolutely insane how things work? A couple years ago, I was simply lifting my foot up and inwards while standing, trying to take off my sock. Something in my knee felt like it was going to explode. Limped for almost a week, went to see the doc, ended up healing up on it's own. All from trying to take off a sock.I took a few days off while attending an out of town herf.
Drove my buddies to the airport Monday and tore my left shoulder extending to grab a suitcase. Orthopedic says no surgery needed for that, my shoulder has bigger issues anyway. No upper body for 2-3 weeks, legs and cardio it is.
It's insane and heartbreaking. I'm lifting Volkswagens in the gym 5-6 days a week, but just a simple reach puts me outta commission. I get some depression when I'm forced to skip the gym, I'm fighting hard not to give in but it's trying.Isn't it absolutely insane how things work? Hope you heal up soon. Being out for something like that sucks.I took a few days off while attending an out of town herf.
