Damn Tedski, that's a nice freaking list. I've heard all kinds of wonderful things about the birthday bourbons, and if it weren't for the fricking price on the AH Hirsch it would be not only at the top of my list, but probably already in my cabinet (Binny's has the 21 yr @ $109/bottle if they ship your way). I've never had any, but on reputation alone I'd pick up a bottle if it were only a bit cheaper. I still need to pick up some of the Pappy to try though. At least there I can start young and progress upwards in age and price.Elmer T Lee Single Barrel
Evan Williams SB 1994
Old Forrester Birthday Bourbon 2003
WL Weller 12 yr
Van Winkle 12, 15, 20yr
On my list to buy:
AH Hirsch Reserve 16 yr
If you don't care for bourbon and like the Stagg I'll be surprised. It even burns when you piss it out later! heheI've never been a bourbon drinker, but assuming I get hooked off of the George T Stagg. I know who to talk too --> Jason
