Update.....took Dad home from the hospital yesterday so it looks like he will make my son's graduation tomorrow!!!!!!

Still weak and somewhat depressed but hopefully when he sees some progress he will come around!

Thanks to all for the support, thoughts, and prayers....it all does make a difference!

He's back in ICU!!!! Made it to the graduation and the Dr. had prescribed him a med he shouldn't have and he went into a coma!! He gave him a diabetes med and Dad doesn't have diabetes!!!!!! Just got back from the hospital and he is doing better except his kidneys are not functioning properly........waiting for word on what the next steps are!!

Update:

This Saturday I was at the hospital with Dad when the oncologist came in. Dad has cancer...Hodgkins Lymphoma.
It was sort of a good bad news situation. The Dr. said it is probably the cause of everything that is going on and the reason why he wasn't getting better. Now that we know what it is, treatment can begin immediatley and he was confident we could see positive improvement immediatley.
Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers to date, they have helped so keep them coming as Dad's treatment begins.
