I've lost so much respect for him these last few years. He has been instrumental in creating the most stringent non-smoking laws anywhere in the US, yet he makes no secret of his double standards when it comes to smoking cigars.:sadpace:
Exactly.Unless I am mistaken, he accepted it as a gift from his aide then. I don't believe the embargo differentiates between purchases and "gifts".:nono:
Consuming cuban products isn't legal either, unfortunately.Technically I believe that the embargo states that you can not purchase things, so if he didnt purchase it, it is actually 100% okay for him to smoke, but thats just my understanding of it. But really though, good for him!
