My name is David Lederer I'm the manager of Havana Republic- I met you the other day when you dropped off your card for Cesar Ramirez our Toreador. I noticed the card for BOTL.org and thought I would mention a special situation the store is currently in and to see if knew someone who might have some interest. Our shop is currently negotiating with someone who wants to buy us out of our lease, however they have not quite reached what we want to sell it for. Anyway I just wanted to mention to you that our store is for sale and to see if you or someone you know from BOTL might have an interest, it will be a very hot spot in 3-5 months when Planet Hollywood is finished.
