I do and LOVE it. I was a powerlifter some years back till I ended up with a back injury. Bad shoe, was squating 605 and yes a air pocket in my Nike blew out and I twisted to one side and pinched a nerve in a bad way. No more heavy weights. Now I do mostly high reps. Yesterday was chest and I did 4 sets of 20 with 325lbs on the bar then went to dumbbells. I DO ZERO CARDIO, I cant stand it. I have a complete home gym with 900 pounds of various weights and 5 different types of cardio machines. Myself and both my boys wrok out. they have been now for 2 years. 9 and 10 years old. Nothing wrong with them other than being strong little boys.
