All fantastic smokes, (I just LOVE the El Centurion)!

Do these live up to the rest of the line? I've had the Vegas Cubana and really liked that cigar, but never had his "namesake brand."
El Centurions don't tweak my nipples. I've only had one ERdlH, and I almost fell out of my chair how good it was. If I don't get a box for Xmas, I'll be ordering two for myself to make up for it.

I went to a Christmas party at our B&M in Thousand Oaks. They had a Perdomo rep and a Pepin rep. Tried the El Rey and the Vegas Cubana. I bought a box of the El Rey and way over paid based on Holts catalog but enjoyed it immensely. Strong pepper and spice at the beginning, mellowed out to include hints of cherry and a slight sweetness. I try and buy a box at this guys party to support the local store even witht he Cali premium.

The Vegas Cubana was mild for me. Very thick wrapper and much more subtle than most Pepins. I had to really pay attention to find the flavors.

I have the Perdomo estate rev in my humi for later.

Great party with Macallahn, Famous Grouse(?) 18 on down to taste two wineries and what was really cool was they were tasting the Opus Cigar in a bottle cognac. I dont drink but my son has a great time in the booze section .

Wow, Chuck, this one brought back memories. I was living in T.O. in the late 1950's as a kid and have a lot of great memories from that time. I later had an apartment there in the 70's. . .

For today, though, a '98 RyJ Churchill that was stunning. . .:glassesgr

Puros Indios Max Reserva PC - I see ten bad comments for every good one on this line, but I love um. Nice subtle cacao bean and nutty tastes, with some dried berries-ish hints in there sometimes. My last box from CBid had 12 moldy sticks, but the rest are delicious. Oh well, I think it was $21 for the box or something since no one else likes them.

Later tonight I will burn a Petit Edmundo. :innocent:
