Thanks for the advice; I have a bottle of water in front of me right now :) Nice going w/ 4 lbs! It may not seem like a lot, but really it's like losing 4 cantaloupes (that's how I see it ;-)

BTW the Biggest Loser - Couples premiers’ tomorrow night...

I just saw some other pics of her on the web and she only looks good 1/2 the time, they must air brush her..Great body but the face is not all that cute...

Yeah her face is kind of beat, but You just need to put an american flag over it and do it for your country.

if today is the actual start, my official starting weigh-in is 212 lbs walking out the door this morning!! now, how can that be??

If you ate a lot of sodium in the last few days, you could be retaining water. Also if you have not dropped off yesterdays meals you could stillbe holdig that weight as well. Since there is a 22 lb difference in you original weigh in and todays, maybe you sould check you scale, or try another scale to make sure it is correct.. Also keep your scale in the same place and step on it thee same way every day.

Every Monday, we are going to post pour new, hopefully lower, weights. I marked you for 190 starting so tomorrow when you aren't carrying 22 lbs of guns and bullets and stuff weigh your self and let us know.

Keep going guys. Water to flush your body and eat more often during the day, but smaller portions. It will help you metabolism to burn calories. What no one want to do is loose lean muscle mass.
