I just set up an account and placed my first bid on C-Bid. I would tell you what I'm buying, but I don't want any of you guys to out bid me or raise my price. So I'll let you know if I win or If I end up needing my own debt settlement services.

Well if we don't know what you are buying ... then don't blame us if we accidentally outbid you. :computer:

+1 Careful David, C-bid can be addictive and you may look a year from now and say, "why the hell did I buy all this crap." Don't get caught up in the auction, know what you can buy something for at any online store, and don't pay more on c-bid, I know it sounds like how could you, but trust me, you can! :scratchhe

I hear ya!!! My wife bought some stuff on the Bay and paid more than she could have bought it iin a store. :stickbeat I checked several places, and if I win I save about 50-60% on something I like in the smaller size I've been looking for. My first complete box of smokes I have purchased with out having to split it with someone.

One simple bit of advice like Wade mentioned: Never bid on something you do not way to buy. Several times prices look too good to be true for something that I got caught up in reading the description, clicked to place a bid and won the item. Many items I am happy with, many I am not.

Ah damn it, some one beat me to it last night at the last minute. I had a box a 5 vegas A and logged off with 2 minutes left. F'n Snipers. Oh well I'm sure I'll see them again.

How does the "Quick Buy" work?

Reason I ask, I won a box of daily smokes last nite-and used the "Quick Buy" for a couple of 5 packs. Figured with the QB thing, they would get tossed in with the box I won. CB sent an invoice and all that was on it was the box, and not the 5 packs.

Any of you guys used the QB over at CB?

Tanx
