I really like these as an option, to be able to add one, two or all three trays in a 15 ct to the heavier version. It would be optimal if these could be switched with the 5 and 10 cts too, at least as far as internal dimensions.

yes, you will be able to use these trays in the 5,10, and 15 stick cigar caddy

I use my 15 quite a bit, especially during golfing season. Never liked the flimsy trays that came with it. I always liked the idea of the reinforced trays, but see the problem with the board bearing down on the layer below it. After thinking about it more, I like the idea of the stronger trays. Better trays with better protection and only loosing 4 out of 15... not a bad trade off. I'd bite.

I think this is what makes the Halli Cases so nice. The trays are a sturdy plastic and hold the cigars perfect.

The cases are also indestructable as well.

I think those trays are perfect! I have the 15-count and a couple of the bigassed 30something(?) count, and if I need to bring a lot of cigars I would just pack one of the big ones. 9 cigars seems about right for a day trip to the B&M or to meet a friend in town.
Good idea! I really hate the trays that come with the cigar caddies now. Everything else about them is perfect!

I like the idea. I would pick up the trays and alternate. Options, options, options.

on my trip to Maui in summer I brought about 30 cigars in the 15count, yes, I removed 1 tray and laid them close to each other and stuffed the rest with paper towels,
Hey, I wanted some selection on my 7day trip.
local wouldn't be a problem with 9 cigars, but for a vacation, oh hell no

I like! Just two Questions:

1) Will they be available for the 32 count and the new 50+ that are supposed to be coming out?

2) Will your "Robusto" tray be made available in the new trays?
my existing foam trays will fit into the new 32 Otterbox that is coming out fairly soon.

no robusto tray for the Otterbox 15, the case is not big enough.

I am also guessing that you will be able to buy my large trays, and these smaller Cigar Caddy trays, and kind of put them together like a puzzle to fit even larger cases. as you get into these larger cases, its impractical to have just 1 large tray. you are better off having 2 or even 3 smaller trays. easier to pull out of the case, and less chancle of cigars spilling out.

what if you made the trays out of foam with a thin plastic core they would hold as many as the original and be more sturdy. but i like the idea
