what if you made the trays out of foam with a thin plastic core they would hold as many as the original and be more sturdy. but i like the idea
laminating can be done, but it would not hit the $3-$4 price that I am looking for. These will work fine. Your idea is good for high end cases.

if somebody wants to buy prototypes of the trays, lmk. the prototypes are just cut up foam robusto trays. 3 trays for the cigar caddy would cost you $11 shipped. would hold a 6 inch cigar.

2 customers now have prototypes. thumbs up from both. doesnt mean you cant use the original thin foam trays, just an option.

yours are not the polished, finished version, but they still work fine. Let us know what you think.
