Who's from Salt Lake City? Or been there for vacation? I'm going to be out there sometime this summer and I'm looking for info. Of course, if I can get rid of the family for a few hours, anybody want to hook up for smokes!!!
Unfortunately yes. I don't feel too bad knowing we aren't the only state with 3.2% beer, but I do smuggle in the good stuff from the surrounding states whenever I get the chance.Do they still serve beer that must contain no more than 3.2% alcohol?
There is a county in Utah that won't allow alcohol purchases on Sunday. I live in Salt Lake County where it's perfectly legal to stock up on our 3.2 beer on Sundays.I've always wondered how they came upon that number :dunno:
I also remember that Colorado also did this (not sure now, I was there in 1996 ), but only on Sundays. You had to buy your beer Saturday, or any other day than Sunday :bottle:
First, hopefully we can hook up for a smoke! What is the purpose of your trip? Are you going to be here on business, for a vacation, etc??? Are you going to have a lot of free time?
As long as I'm in town, I'm game for grabbing a smoke with you.
Still can't buy it on Sunday.I've always wondered how they came upon that number :dunno:

There's a proposition to eliminate the no alcohol on Sundays in Colorado. Not sure if it's been voted on yet or what.Still can't buy it on Sunday.
It was passed and is sitting on our dickhead Govenors desk for signature! There's a proposition to eliminate the no alcohol on Sundays in Colorado. Not sure if it's been voted on yet or what.
