Had another interview yesterday for a Production / Inventory manager position. I did OK, but got a bit upset over one of the job "preferences". They really want someone who can speak SPANISH.
I'm seeing this more and more in job postings and starting to wonder when California was bought back by Mexico. It's a truly becoming a sad state of affairs in this country, when workers are now being asked to speak a foreign language in their own country in order to earn a living.
As far as I'm concerned, if you come to the USA and can't speak ENGLISH, then you should not be eligible for any kind of employment. And to any and all the companies that do hire these people in order to save a couple bucks ... here is my salute to you. :angerFU:
