Another forum that I am on. One of my buddies was able to get 1 Drac and 2 Boris and the retailer showed him the ticket. He wouldn't let him take a picture for some reason.

That's cool though... nice find for the shop, wonder what they are going to do with it?

I think the ticket number is on the bottom right of the ticket itself.

Looks like I've scored 10 of these from a box split, still waiting on a call on a full box.

A retailer in Houston (Santa Barbara Cigar) got ticket #7.

$13 is msrp which does not take into account whatever your state tobacco tax is which your retailer has to pay. Here in NY it is 46% of wholesale value making Drac $16 each. Alright i looked it up and your state tobacco tax should be 6.6%, wow that is low, that would be nice. Based on that if the retailer follows msrp guidline the Drac would be $13.43 each.

Texas cigar tax is like 4c a stick, haha

Yo Tim. Did your buddy go to Tobacco World in Marietta? They said they didn't get shipped the right amount of Borii so I was unable to get a box. Now I'm thinking they just sold em all!

State tobacco tax here in Hawaii is 50% as of October 1st. Sucks to be a retailer in Hawaii.

Yep, he got a box of the Dracs and he got one Boris - said that's all they would let him get.

He opened 'em up in a video chat tonight to see if he got a ticket - no ticket, but some great looking cigars!

Ya because they are not selling full boxes and being real pricks about it by making you buy a sampler to get one of each stick. I don't think a retailer should get to participate in the tickets.

I agree, one thing to sell one box of singles, but all, now way should they be able to keep the tix.

Drac boxes 762-792 and Boris boxes 174-182 made it to my shop. If I become aware of any tickets being had from my sales I will let you all know. Very Willie Wonka, what a cool idea pete.
