shouldn't I..
Sigh.
Living in Hawaii (non-AC apartment), with summer approaching, I'm sure internal humi temps will seep 73+ during the day, soon. I've been getting by with cooler, rainy days so far and I'm sure I am immediately not in any danger.
A vinotemp is necessary long term though, yes? Even with freezing my smokes fridge to freezer to fridge 1/3/1 (each and every one). And running with 60-63 rh, right? Or is this doable for the next year?
It's a rhetorical question I suppose. I just thought I would ask anyway though.
Summary:
Can I get by without a wineador? I'm guessing the answer is yes, I can. But if I don't kill all the beetles or somehow larva get in, I lose and will have no one else to blame but myself.
Pretty much it? LMK, comments, insight appreciated broskis.
(I sure hope Costco, or local wine shops have some in stock. -- Shipping triples the cost of my purchases. Think for a 12 -- was small - shipping was at least 250..) -_-
