Also, we can start talking menus and possible refreshment options (Even make a virgin drink for hoss and stroke). I am thinking the blender may be brought along for this trip. Cliff, no dry ice, I will get you some beer and bring in my truck so you wont have to worry about spillage.

:hysterica Come on down Justin! I talked with Ish via text and fans are a must after last time. I'll just say it's a good thing the smoke detectors didn't work inside!!

We do need to put a basic menu together. No hurry though. Pick a day, copy & paste and fill it in. May'be list what adult beverages will be brought. We had plenty of bourbon last year

Friday night:

Saturday Morning:

Saturday Noon:

Saturday Night: I'll be bringing something of the cow variety. Filets & grilled asparagus seemed to be a hit last time. It might be similar. Anyone object to fish? Tuna, salmon, etc.?

Sunday Morning:

Libations:
Cliff - Bottle of bourbon & tequila. May'be Dogfish Head 90min. IPA

Mississippi Cabin in the Woods herf part two

Didn't you guys read the Serial Killer in the Midst thread?

Man, if we could blend the two threads I think we might have a great movie.

Josh - Deer sausage and homemade tamales.
Note: If sausage is not available, I may cook chicken marsala or crawfish and shrimp alfredo. (yeah I am out :crytears:, but I know the butchers daughter so I am trying to score some free samples.)

will we have to bring our own pots n pans, or are there some in the cabin?
no cabin is fully furnished, only need to bring your bedding and towels. Everything else is provided. Last time we did bring paper plates and plastic cups to minimize dish washing. Thinking that is the way to go.

That breakfast sounds good already! They had a mix of pots & pans. If you want to you can bring your own. No guarantee a size of pan or pot you want will be there.

Also, any way you can bring a cot or two? Air mattress? We have enough beds for 4 guys and a couch if it's comfortable :dunno: . I remember earlier in the thread you offered.
