I'm planing to step into the other side and am looking for great cigars that can be smoked right away with out a few years of age or rest as some call it. What do you guys recommend.

The Hoya de Monterrey Epicure Especiale that I got a couple days ago and smoked last night was pretty darn good.

A little of this changes with every year. But for me I have always had a thing for fresh Trinidad Reyes. Almost prefer them to aged ones
This and the colonials as well imo. 898v also from 09 are crazy good. I'm the opposite with Rass and Psd4s though. Ruff burn and relights for me on freshies. Also like erdm choixs with a year or more when young. Also Lots of pc sized cigars imo smoke well young imo.

The most versatile cigar in our walk-in right now is the H. Upmann Magnum 46.

Actaully, a lot of the Boli line seems to be smoking good green right now.
......x2. RASS, PLPC, and PLMC are good out of the box. Personally I like the cabinets better than the dress boxes.

If one does exist....as the title says, " awesome ROTT"...i've yet to experience it. Unless of course you mean ROTT, of a shipment w/ a box code of 07/08 etc. Different story then I suppose.

Although in general, my history with Cuban cigars has mostly been laden with disappointment...

San Cristobal Officios, fine tasting even when young. I'm sure some extra age wouldn't hurt, but impatience can't be helped sometimes ;-)
