So I am admittedly just beginning to get into the world of cigars. I've got various Cubans, Dominicans and Nicaraguans in my humidor. I've smoked a handful of different brands and sizes and am starting to develop my tastes and preferences.
However...
I still tend to get sick after smoking. Not just the nicotine "head rush", but full-on nausea, vomitting, cold sweats, fatigue, even diarrhea the next day.
It doesn't happen all the time, but enough that I am getting to the point where I am almost afraid to keep smoking cigars. I enjoy the flavors so much, but this isn't worth it.
No, I do not inhale. And yes, I am taking my time - I smoked a Bolivar Robusto the other night which took me two hours to smoke.
Is there any way to stop this? Any miracle cures or treatments?
I am unable to smoke cigarettes for the same reason - they made me sick. But I also find cigarettes completely unenjoyable.
I want to be able to continue with my cigar smoking because, as I mentioned, I love the flavours and the experience while smoking. But I'm getting a little tired of finishing it all off keeled over a toilet.
