WEIRD. The construction sounds good from what you described, but I wonder how new it is and well it was cared for. I have had some bad luck when buying sticks from a recently opened box at my B&M compared to something I bought from or traded with a BOTL that was well cared for and sat a while.

One thing that has impressed me about ALL LPs is that they are full-flavored without being harsh. Some people may not like them, but i have never heard of them being bland or innocuous like you are making the #9 sound.

Hmmmm....

To be honest, I found it much less flavourful than the DPG Blue and the Illusione HL I smoked earlier in the week.

It was still good, don't get me wrong. I was just kind of left with a "what's the big deal?" feeling afterwards.

I've had pretty much the same response to the LP's I've smoked thus far. I have a few that I'm letting age awhile to see if they improve for me.

Yeah, I have three more that I'm going to age for several months before I try another.

I have 5 T52's as well (which I have never tried). I'm not sure whether I should do the same thing (smoke one now and let the rest...um...rest) or just let them ALL rest. Forget about them 'til next summer.

Smoked my second face tonight. Really enjoying this stick. Not very complex at it's young age, the flavor doesn't change like crazy, but it burns perfectly & produces a lot of smoke and rich, creamy flavor the entire time. Slightly sweet & a hint of chocolate. Very delicious. Absolutely zero harshness.

Just finished up a cigar I got from one of the guys at Burning Leaf. He had a bunch of custom cigars made in the Dominican Republic, and i think this one had a Connecticut wrapper, but I am not sure. Either way, pretty tasty mild cigar!
