Very nice and a great deal. Curious if anyone knows what the lowest and highest temperature settings are on this model. Might be in the market for one the first of the year.

CC- your Avanti will hold trays up to 12" deep but 11" is more comfortable... And wall to wall is right at 13.5 inches.

( so two of the premade 7x11 will NOT fit side by side.)

Enjoy.

yes, and I need more, hint, hint... also , FYI - I think maybe the sides may need to be about a 1/4 inch more and not rounded? Mine keep falling out.

That damn trapezoidal shelf rearing it's ugly head before we all knew what we were actually looking at there.

Great callout for guys who are buying these... there is a trapezoidal shelf thread somewhere. If you are going to fab some shelves or drawers... or have someone do it for you... be sure to remind them to use the front measurement for the entire width...not to split the measurements, or get close. The best fit will be somewhat snug and taper only at the back three inches or so.

I got your hint Brian... ha ha ha... I gotta tell you, Shawn (r3dbaron) has been waiting patiently for me to fully outfit his avanti (which he actually pit stop shipped to my house) for almost six months. It's shameful and embarrasing for me to be honest. I won't list the excuses, but life has dealt a delay at every corner. The good news is that he'll get a chrismas miracle and should enjoy the product... bad news is that because of my delays, his sticks didn't have a wineador all summer...

If you have this unit already, and your shelfs keep falling off, take some small pieces of cedar, and glue em to the inside under the slots, and problem solved... pictures will be posted later.

If this is something you're interested in doing Brian, I can send you the strips to accomodate your current drawers... would be the better bet than modifying the drawers.
