I know this may sound foolish but unless it's 30 below, I won't let cold weather stop me from sparking up a stogie. The shorter the stick the better of course. Who else is with me?

I spend at least 50 days a winter in a duck blind...most of them in very horrible conditions and everyday I smoke. So yes I keep it going no matter the weather.

I'm with him ^. I like to sit on the porch, 90 degrees, 80% humidity.

Every summer I send the hot weather to hell. Hoping for a cold winter down here, then I get it and wish the warmer weather was back. I will take 65-70 year round.

I'd rather be too cold and smoking that boiling and smoking...

I just bundle up, light a fire in the chiminea, and spark up.

Had a heat wave today in Michigan. Temp climbed to 38 deg. Lit one up outside with out my coat. Do they even have cold weather in Kentucky? :dunno:

I smoke when I'm in the duck blind too. Other then that just smoke in the house. You can get an air purifier and use one room with the door closed.

Yeah it has been cold as a bitch here. As my first winter as a cigar smoker... it sucks. I can only smoke outside and at B&Ms, and I usually only get a chance to smoke after all the shops are closed (at night)... My smoking has gone from like 1 a day to 1 a week if I'm lucky since it got cold. Sucks.

I would smoke on my porch with temps around 30f but lower really sucked.
Before I built my man-cave I smoked in the garage durring the winter with a propane heater. I thought to myself, if for some reason my man-cave was not finished by the following winter, I was going to build a small outdoor shanty (like an outhouse...only used for ice fishing). I spent alot of time in these as a kid fishing for pike and perch, and with even a colman lantern they get really warm. Cost today to build one is about $250-300. There easy to build and in the summer can be used as a small tool shed.
I know this is extream but can very usefull and cozy.

I guess I'm lucky to be able to smoke anywhere in my house. It certainly gets cold here. I would not want to be outside in some of the weather we've had recently, with a lot of winter yet to come. I take my hat off to you hardy outdoor types!

I've been out smoking in all types of weather this year. I've smoked while walking the dog in the snow, etc. I usually prefer to stick to smoking inside. I put creature comforts in my house and RV so that I can use and enjoy them, not so they can just sit there while I am uncomfortable outdoors. When you spend the 20 degree day outside, no reason to stay out any more than you have to.

After living in MN for nine years, smoking in cold weather is to bad, I spent many nights in the garage with -20 and below,Kerosene heaters, BBQ, Lil Buddy fishing heater and anything else to rise the temp. up, and layered to the max. Now I'm not saying I miss it, would I do it again (Not as much as I did then) ....Thank god for a local B & M I'm to old for that shit .....
