unfairtoast... most sports bets are used with the point spread. Do yourself a favor and only bet with the spread. Right now, the spread is 10.5 pts. That means the Saints are favored by 10.5 pts. If the Saints win by 10 or less pts, or the Hawks win, you win the bet. If the Saints win by 11 or more, you lose.

If you are willing to do a straight win bet, you should have someone offer up more than a fiver vs your fiver.

I know this is the media's fault, but I am SO tired of linking the Saints to the recovery of a hurricane battered city....PUH-LEASE!

I have the utmost respect for those living in the New Orleans area, and equal sadness for the loss of life and property.

But to attach all of that to a football team FOUR years after the fact is such a transparent bunch of hooey...Especially to a team that flat out got lucky to get to (and win) the Superbowl.

Good team? Yes....Great team? NO.
