Guys as you know I had Gastric Bypass on November 3rd. Well I went in for my checkup yesterday and after 72 days I have lost 73 lbs. I lost 40 pre-op so I'm at 113lbs down so far. This is awesome and I have never felt so good. The best part is I'm back to smoking and enjoying some damn fine cigars. Thanks for everything and have a great day.

Cool dude, I think that is the plan with a stomach the size of your thumb :glassesgr

So you could not smoke that whole time? A guy in the next cube had it done last year, he can no longer drink alcohol as well.

Who knows I may join you, I just don't want scares on my six pack

I am working out with a privae trainer. I am training MMA and hope to be in the cage next year. I workout four days a week for two hours at a time.

I couldn't smoke for two months preeop and two months postop. Im trying to make up for it now.

As for clothes I am 5 sizes down in my jeans and shirts are 3 sizes. I just ordered new chef coats and pants for work too. The most amazing thing is my shoe size is narrower and a half size smaller so far. I still have a big fat head though.
