Given that I was sick as a dog last weekend I played ops quite a bit I encounterd a little problem. Quite a few times during team deathmatch a prompt would pop up saying there was a internet connection interuption.
What I can't figure out was is it my internet connection and only me getting the boot or was it the internet connection of the host and everyone in the deathmatch got booted?
Really annoying because it would usually happen towards the end of a deathmatch where I was just destroying everyone and next thing you know poof - all done, you don't get credit for those kills, etc
I use the Wii with WiFi. All my other wifi enabled products at home never have a problem.
Dirt bags, plain and simple. Invest like 8-9 minutes in a 10 minute game and have it all be for nothing.Usually happens at the end of a match like you said if the host quits. Usually happens from what I see anyways if someone is getting there a$$ handed to them and they drop out just before the match ends.
I was in a game on Saturday and some guysplaying together on my side were bitching about getting owned. When they realized we would loose one started yelling "Everybody BACK BACK OUT!"-too late, they got the loss mark.Dirt bags, plain and simple. Btw - I notice that on Sat and Sun there seems to be a lot more annoying people on ops with headsets.
Yeah that is just dumb on its own. You start a match and back out its a loss no matter what. Might as well keep your kills.I was in a game on Saturday and some guysplaying together on my side were bitching about getting owned. +1:thumbsup:. I do think its funny to listen to people trash talk sometimes but I'm with you I usually mute people unless I'm in a party with friends or the team is actually talking about the gameplayI'm just not into the trash talking. I mute anyone who has a mic on when I play. IMHO, the only reason for using a mic is to communicate strategy and tactics within a party.
I agree, I mute EVERYONE.....I just play for fun, I can barely hear when I play because how low the sound is.I'm just not into the trash talking. I mute anyone who has a mic on when I play. IMHO, the only reason for using a mic is to communicate strategy and tactics within a party.
hahahaha - - thata exatcly what I was getting at. Not that I'm an old fart or anything but you can tell some of these other "players" might be pre-teen, think its the coolest thing that moms out getting groceries and they can swear up a sh*tstorm.I hear you. It gets a bit nuts. The worst is when there are younger kids on there throwing f-bombs around like it's nothing, or when some jackass decides everyone needs him to use his DJ skills.
Welcome to internet gaming. Nerds with no life and hackers.I have seen the same thing.... There was a guy bragging about how he can't be killed, and I smoked him three times in a row. He then said f-it, and next thing I know, I got the message internet connection lost.
