Really disappointed in Gloucester personally. I called several times during the day today to only get different answers everytime I called. And to hear that these sold to people who called at the same times I called is even more disappointing. I probably will never buy from them ever again. Sorry,....just my honest opinion. Just be honest if you aren't going to release these to anyone except your VIPS. Federal and a lot of other cigar B&M's say straight up they service their usual people first, and then call in orders, why can't Gloucester?
Their phone list was over 40 people at 5 pm. After I bought a bundle, they had 7 left but said they would be getting in some more next week. They were only given 25 bundles to sell today.
The cigar is good, but not so amazing that you need it before the boxes come out. It could also benefit from some age, since the one my friend lit up had some serious canoeing even though mine burnt like a dream.

I think this is a very fair comment.
I am tired of seeing mix ups when the LEs are being sold.
Make a plan, inform your employees, keep you word, avoid confusion. ....its simple business people.

K I don't rant often but here it goes. This is really shitty the way this was done. I know for a fact I was one of the first to call. I called the same time when the tweet happened and was told to call back tomorrow for more information. I did and was told to call back at 2pm. I did and was placed on a bullshit list that was never used. They said call tomorrow (today) to see if you will be getting any if they didn't call back. So I just got off the phone and he simply said that they had sold out and that was that.
That is utter bullshit. Even if you know only an hour before hand you have the time to make a plan. If you do make a plan stick to it and not change it. The thing that urks me the most is the fact that some people who called in got cigars. Just because of this performance I will never order anything from them again.

FWIW...I been calling G Street once or twice a week for the past month asking about this release. I don't imagine I was the only one doing so. I picked mine up at UPS this morning. At first I thought they looked smooshed...but then I remembered they're box pressed...lol. I'll smoke one later
