Whenever I travel, I visit every local B+M that I can......in the past year I have found a cabinet of Tat easties and a cab of Westies... plus some other discontinued Tats.... a box of LFD FP1 and about 1/3 of a cab of LG SB2..... and a box of CAO holidays and an almost full box of Extremes that I shipped to a friend...it's always worth a look. You never know what's on the top shelf and on the floor....

I travel for work, and I stop at different B&Ms while on the road. I NEVER find anything like what you describe. :sarcastic

You can find some amazing things when you look. The older B&M's really do have
the advantage when you're looking for oldies but goodies.

When I travel I always check out local spots in the area. Recently I found a stash of CAO Extremes in the clearance box at a shop. In another I found a few JDN Reservas! These had 5yrs age on them when they came out about 6yrs ago!. A friend called me when he found a box of the JDN Reservas at another store. I did a box split with him.

I am always looking for those hidden Gems.

Found a full box of LFD FP IIs still unopened on an upper shelf at my local B&M. Bought a tray and they still have three trays left. Great find. I also picked up a box of LFD As that had an imprint on the box that said "Rolled in 1998 Boxed in 1999". The sticker said $100 and I paid a little more for inflation and walked out for $150. That's cheaper than the As are going for now.

Not at the local one, but I always have a desire to see what a B&M has in stock when I come across one.

Yeah, we don't try it at our local shop...

I would be afraid to see what they have on the back shelves... fuzzy, living, disappointing...

Wait, can Ramrods and Backwoods really grow mold? :dunno:

found 3 pepin made padilla miamis hiding on a bottom shelf in a corner of a cabinet, im pretty sure they were leftover from the previous owner of the store, the new owner quickly complimented me on buying them, they had to be sitting there for about 2 years

One day I hope to be able to venture into the hidden cigar Narnia you guys have found, but to date everything is relatively new stock at my B&M's.
