Bummer... Red is probably my favorite of the line. Well, before they changed the bands anywyas. It shouldn't affect what I smoke, I know... I just don't like the redesigns...

Tonight is a 1926 Padron Maduro #1. Dry with bakers chocolate. Too dry for me. Pairing with a Taylor Fladgate port. The bitterness in the TF probably isn't the best combo for the dryness.
I think I've definitely sided with the 1964 camp over the 1926 camp.
Of note, had a bottle of 2007 quintessa tonight as well. Not my favorite year, but probably my favorite winery. Woo hoo for good nights!

Started the day with a Opux X Lost City Forbidden X Lancero, wonderful. Chased that with a Pepin rolled Padilla Miami 8 & 11 Salamone. Then it was on to a Pepin El Picador. I followed that with a Tatuaje Petite Lancero Black Label. I closed out the day with NCH Seleccion Limitada natural wrapper. I also recieved several birthday sticks from my brothers at my local B&M. Thank you all so much!

Right now a Room101 "305" robusto....saw them at the B&M and remember CMHICKSUSMC say good things about them...good smoke so far...

Just finished an Avion. It was smoother and not as powerful as the other Faustos, but the burn sucked and I had to re cut it twice because of nasty tar buildup. I think ill just stick to the regular Fausto's.
