Too low on the price can give the impression that the cigar is of lesser quality. Most human logic is that a $5 cigar simply can't be in the same league as an $8-14 cigar. However, if you look at the price as it leaves the rolling table and is sold to a distributor pays import fees and who then marks up the price for profit and then sells it to the local cigar shop who marks it up again. That $8-14 retail cigar began it's journey at less than $5 per cigar.

That's the beauty of blackmarket/pirate sales, I reckon. Sell it for $8 if possible. I reckon the supply/demand sweetspot on price is pretty dynamic, e.g. location dependent, etc.

It has a unique supply/demand caveat. You are the only supplier of your unique product. Only one way to you and if they want the product, they pay the price you set.

What does it cost we homerollers to make one super primo high-end cigar? Buck thirty-five. I document the details in my latest post here, in a post titled "What does the tobacco really cost," on March 1, 2018:
http://www.blisscigar.com/blend/
For $200 I get the leaf for 150 cigars. If I gave those away at 5 bucks a pop, I'd pocket $550 for a day's labor. It ain't lawyer money but it's also not Arby's night shift money.
@blisscigarco Looks like something is up with your post :(

I have some binder grade that i use as a wrapper in my main blend which i call the "Pink"
Yes, me too. It's binder but a lot is wrapper quality.
I think LO is out of it now. (last I looked)

What I have is filler. I have some blends I use the EC filler in, but was wondering if anyone else uses it and how.

I use it in my cherry bomb blend. It goes well with criollo and corojo IMO. Slap some habano wrapper on it
