Yesterday had a nice drinking day after working all night at the hospital....went ot the beach to celebrate my buddy's 30th bday, and shared a bottle of ranger creek mesquite smoked proter, sotne collaboration Highway 78 scotch ale, Pliny the elder, and one of my fave Sierra nevada 30th anni Ken and jacks barleywine ale. Was a very nice day!

Ken and jacks is a fine brew indeed! Haven't seen the highway 78 down here, sounds good and now I want to try. No chance of Pliny but I am glad you had some good beers and a great day!Benzopyrene said:

Had a couple good beers today. Sierra Nevada - Southern Hemisphere Harvest 2011 & Stone - Sublimely Self Righteous.
I'm not 100% sold on the black IPA segment but this Stone is the best so far.

Im gonna try to pick up some of the devil dancer later this week. Found a place that is gonna get some!
I had a Traquair House Ale last night. I am making arrangements to brew a similar beer in the next few months. Looking to hit a nice healthy 10%abv.
