My brother manages the lawsuits for State Farm in Arkansas, you should hear some of the stories of the douche-bags trying to cash in, like they won the lottery because there was an accident. The entitlement mentality is alive, well, and ever expanding.

It's the scumbag lawyer trying to make a living off producing NOTHING. Hang in there bro, the insurance company knows how to handle this.

I was sued for $3M about 15 years ago. It was for executing a search warrant. Judge ruled and tossed the case out (summary judgment).:gangfire:

as stated thats a bunch of crap. I was an insurance adjuster for a few years prior to being a cop. Not to sound grotesque but dead they are worth maybe 200k tops. 2million is laughable.
