I know a few of these have been mentioned all ready but I figured I would throw my list out there:
Bulleit Bourbon or Rye (Both very solid whiskeys)
Woodford Reserve (My go to bottle for keeping at home)
Woodford Reserve Double Oak (Delicious bourbon but at the cost I would rather just get regular Woodford Reserve, definitely worth trying though)
Basil Hayden (I get at least one double neat every time I go to my B&M to accompany whatever cigar I get)
Angel's Envy (Good bourbon, but like double oak its a bit higher in price)
Knob Creek (Has more of a bite due to it being 100 proof, but still tasty)
1792 Bourbon (Just overall solid bourbon)
Wild Turkey 101 (It's a bit harsh to drink neat if you're not used to it but the flavors are still there)
Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon (Really good bourbon, in a really cool bottle)
Jim Beam Devil's Cut (It adds a bit of character that I think regular Jim Beam is lacking and at 90 proof gives you an extra bite that I think Bourbon Drinkers enjoy)
Buffalo Trace (Just a good ol' bourbon)
These are a few more economical options that are still pretty good bourbons... (Looking at a handle for roughly $18-20, at least where I'm at)
Evan Williams Black Label
Watkins Bourbon
Hayes Parker
Jim Beam
Considering you mentioned preferring sweet you should try some honey/flavored whiskeys because they're usually sweeter. I personally don't like any honey or flavored whiskeys because I think bourbon specifically is sweet enough and doesn't need that added sweetness but to each their own. Additionally, I have found that I enjoy the bourbons that are a bit higher in alcohol (ranging 86-90 proof) the most because they have a little extra something in the flavor that i think regular 80 proof bottles don't, but aren't too high in alcohol that the harshness of the alcohol takes away from the taste. Hopefully this was helpful, if anything I had fun!
