Once I pick out the sticks I want at the B&M.......if they're uncello'd.....I'll fart on the other ones....just for the thrill of it. Unless they're on the top shelf of course.....as i've yet to perfect the "jump fart"....but I'm working on it.

You adrenaline junkies should give it a shot.

I spose I shouldn't discriminate though, since cello is permeable.....therefore, my toot would be able to infiltrate and destroy even the thickest of cellos. I'll have to remember this next time I'm at my B&M.

If I intended to give them out or travel with them, cello would be nice. But for my personal inventory, I hate cello. Gotta let the boys breath. My .02.

Like my sticks naked. As for Larry's point, I buy cigars by the box so I don't need to worry about people fondling my cigars.
That's the same whether there's cello or not, so that's irrelevant.
I believe your comment "I buy cigars by the box" would imply yours weren't handled by many hands vs those who buy in singles, which wouldn't be the case as I pointed out as they were already handled by many people before they were put into the box. So the few people who may have touched the cigars at the local B&M probably isn't as significant as the ones who touched them before arriving here.

As for me I don't care about cello one way or the other.

No, I was referring to Larry's point about people in cigars shops fondling your cigars. Obviously, many hands touch your cigars before they arrive at your local shop, but that's the same whether the cigars are in cello or not. I even said "As for Larry's point..." which should have made it clear I was talking about his specific scenario of people touching cigars in the shop.

I pulled at least 2 or 3 from the two new "7th" boxes the other day with damaged feet and/or wrappers. Grab a sealed box of brown labels and lightly shake it and you can clearly hear the cigars shifting about. We have a big bag of cigars that is full mostly of damaged cigars straight out of a new box.
You can just ship thoes 7ths with damaged feet to me Criag...I'll find some use for them!

one reason why id buy browns more often other than the obvious (taste, etc) is the presentation in packaging. No cello for me please!
