Just went last night and picked up a couple "Make Your Own" 6 packs containing the following:

1.) Schlafly Coffee Stout
2.) Schlafly APA
3.) Schlafly Scotch Ale
4.) New Belgium 1554
5.) New Belgium Ranger IPA
6.) Lakefront IPA
7.) Harp Lager
8.) Flying Dog Snake Dog IPA
9.) Flying Dog In Heat Wheat
10.) Black Hawk Stout
11.) Kostriker Schwarzbier (Black Lager)
12.) Shiner Black Lager

Some tasty brews :halfgrinw, can't wait to see how they pair with some smokes from the humidor.

Good choices. Sounds like a good weekend... or night! I've got family in Illinois and whenever I viist we go to the Schlafly brewery. I really like most of their stuff but they don't sell it in Georgia. :cryloud:

Shiner Black, Chimay Blue and Beamish stout work for me. In the summer I like my homemade perry and hard cider. If I'm in Belize I like Belikan Dark.

Just got some Founder Breakfast stout, SN Kellerweis and Ommegang Abbey Ale. Waiting for warmer weather to pair just have to drink now.

Tonight I had a Founders Devil Dancer (tripple IPA) and a Backwoods Bastard along with a dogfish head 90min IPA and Im feeling preeeetty good. No stick pairing since I have no place to smoke in this cold weather. Oh well! The beer will suffice!
