I killed my legs on Monday but I really wanted to do something today. I had sore hammys and shin splints but I managed 2 sets of cardio on the treadmill. 25 minutes on about 4.0 and a 5 minute cool down. Then I did it again. I am going to lose these last 20 if it kills me. I am down 60 and my goal was 80. I will get there.
