Hey guys,
I am have seriously been running on what feels like zero lately. No amount of coffee or monster energy seems to penetrate this. I don't want a heart attack from all the monster I am drinking, but I also don't want to fall asleep during my commute to work. I feel bad that the baby is playing in the living room with me struggling to stay awake the whole time she is awake.
I am 32, in fairly good shape. My exercise routine hasn't been great for the past year because of the baby. My fiancee and I work opposite shifts with me working mornings and her leaving for work as soon as i pull in from work. Now that the baby is sleeping more soundly and self entertaining better I am going to start working out again. Although I have the P90x routine I cannot dedicate that big of a chunk of my day right now some of the workouts. I do mostly body weight workouts and cardio.
What do you guys do to boost energy levels? Take supplements? Smoothies? I am sure exercising will help once i get a few weeks into my routine again. I am used to running at 110%. This is killing me.
Thanks for any advice you guys can give me.
