H.Upmann #2 vs Monti #2

Although I prefer the H. Upmann marca as a whole for ROTT smoking, I am going to agree that the RECENT Monte #2 have been smoking better fresh. After a brief dip in flavor they have returned with a bang in mid '10.
The H. Upmann #2 is a wonderful cigar that is full of flavor, but they dont appear to be ready just yet. I am however, delighted to be smoking through box after box of '08.

I'd love to give an informed opinion, but I have only smoked the MC2 and it's my favourite cigar.:cbig:

With age I'll go with H. Upmann. Fresh I'll go with a Monte. Trying to decide which one to fire up now.

I've had 2 Monte #2s, and while they were good cigars, they didn't blow me away in the slightest. I've never had an H. Upmann #2.
