Has anyone else ever seen this CC collection??

Here's my take:
If he was asked by these guys to do this then you can't fault him on the look at me thing. I can fault the guys that made this for putting that really annoying music on repeat during the video. Ha. Also this guy seems to be very generous in that he gave away a bunch of nice sticks . You have to admire the man's passion for good cigars. I think the only reason I don't like him is that I'll never have a collection like that.

Hard not to be a little jealous....I have the same feelings.....and yes...what was he thinking? Maybe I need to start listening to smooth jazz to get a better cigar collection?

jealousy is the fault of the viewer, even if something is flaunted (which it really wasn't here, from what i saw). you feel jealous after seeing this, either step up your game and improve your stash, or step on the little green eyed monster in your head and learn to roll with what you got. hell, the only people who are seeing this video would likely be cigar smokers, who ALL get to set fire to five, ten, twenty bucks worth of combustible delicious from time to time. we are all lucky bastiches, just some are luckier than others.

Hope I didn't imply I didn't like the guy. I admire his passion. I hope to one day have that extensive of a cigar collection. I will try my best! But no matter what, I know I'm lucky to just be able to light up dog rockets! Most people don't have that opportunity.

I am not jealous of the stash. Sure, it's impressive but I personally don't see the need to have 20+ years worth of cigars. I like seeing what other people have/purchase, but a 10 min tour of a humidor bores me to death, I didn't even bother watching parts 2-7 and skimmed most of part 1. But admittedly, I am not a big fan of CC's either.

I disagree with this. There are a lot of cigars in that collection that are impressive. Probably half of the CCs in there you cannot even find anymore.....

I disagree with this. There are a lot of cigars in that collection that are impressive. Probably half of the CCs in there you cannot even find anymore.....

I watched a few of the videos, props to him.

My major issue as stated above by another brother is having more cigars then you could smoke in a lifetime. I love my stash, the cigars I smoke and the cigars I will buy. My stash is perfect economies of scale.

Maybe if I had the money, my purchases would outway consumption 10 to 1, but it dosen't.

Like most everything, taste is subjective, and I understand the various feedback regarding the videos.

Impressive... He lost me when he started bragging about the cost of the cigars in the first video. I don't see the need for a "look at me" video along with bragging about what you paid.

I'm not sure how long he's been in the cigar hobby, but some of the cuban cigars he was showing off were highly faked and it's even debatable if he has the real thing. No one could really know/tell but it is something to think about.

Not hatin'...but those were my thoughts exactly. Sure, I'd love to have quite a bit of those sticks (many of the tats, specifically ), but the constant "suckling" & false info really turned me off & made me question not only storage conditions, but authenticity as well...

Yea, I know Rich from another board. Great guy, humble guy. He was asked if he would let someone take a video of his collection, so he said yes. Then he got slammed for it on several boards.

Very sad, and that's why you don't see videos like this more often. Why make a video if people are just going to slam you for this or that?

Also, since when did a lack of specific or correct information diminish someone's enjoyment of their cigars?

Wasn't going to watch them again, mainly because of the music lol. My final thoughts...If I could afford that many smokes without going to the poor house or getting a divorce would I? Hell yeah I would! Anyone on here who says otherwise is lyin! LOL. Would I be able to smoke them all? No, but think of all the bombing runs!!! And last of all would I do a video series??? Yeah if someone asked probably so, why the hell not, as previously stated the cigar porn is half the reason we're all here. eace:

Oh he does the other voice was a reviewer on YouTube who is friends with the guy and he gives him a lot of smokes some of which he reviews the guy is a tobbaco store owner he seems like a cool dude

Asking why someone would have more cigars than they can smoke in a lifetime is like asking why someone would have more money than they can spend in a lifetime. It looks like he's sharing the share and anything that goes unsmoked will at some point be smoked by someone, I'd have to assume.

Videos like those kinda bore me as well, but I skimmed a couple and got the gist. Nice collection, for sure.

Edit - And also I think some are forgetting the collecting aspect of this hobby. May not be your thing but it's not much different than someone with an awesome collection of baseball cards or something. He enjoys it, he's got the money to do it, good on that guy.
