I'd usually say give the guy a chance to make it right, but it sounds like he has no interest in that. If he has such a shady history, and other people might get screwed over in the future, call him out.

add him to the scumbag list on the forums. got to put this guy out of business fast.:hammersma

One of the first boards I started participating on was CF. They have a reputation for being hard on newbies. A big reason is because of guys like this tool. It is important that when things like this happen that we let everyone know who it is (assuming you have given ample time for the accused to resolve it).

I would say this that if a guy comes on the board and starts trading fast and furious, etc to keep an eye out as I have seen that pattern many times before. Build up the trader rating, then start stiffing people.:argh:

Thanks brother. I am chalking it up to a lesson learned. Somewhat expensive, but who knows- it could save me- and others- from losing more in the future.
