Problem is, in reality your budget stays the same lol. Was sitting out the front last night, smoking an AB black market, when the Mrs comes outside, cuts the cap off one of my Namakubi, and proceeds to tell me how much she enjoys it. I was like "oh, sweet, so you're gonna start buying sticks too now?". She says "nah, I'll just smoke what you buy". I'm working on turning that around.
That's a big dose of funny right there :)

Better hope she doesn't develop a fondness for Behike's

Oh man I do feel your pain, I really try to leave the wife home when I want to make a stop at the B&M but I have come up with several things that do help to make it less painful if you do.

1. Make sure she is not hungery, thirsty, too hot, or too cold.
2. Don't leave the keys in the vehicle so "she can listen to the radio while you look" it might be a long walk home!
3. Make sure she doesn't have a copy of any women's magazines, you don't want her to start taking that "rate your make quizz" while you browse for cigars.
4. The only time you may get away with taking her is after she has just bought any of the following: shoes, jewerly or the cutest little purse (that cost more than a box of opus!).

I'm a lucky one too, she will go with me sit in the B&M while I smoke and sometimes smoke one with me. Then if she isn't with me and I come in smelling like cigars or come in from being outside smoking she tells me how good I smell :)

Ok, you will not believe this one. My wife got me into smoking cigars, yep she has been smoking longer than I have. We smoke together most of the time and she wants nothing to do with the humidor and has me pick out her smokes. She does not want to pick something that I have saved or is special. It gets better. She goes to the B&M with me and will stop in one by herself to scope it out looking for something good. She has good taste and knows her cigars. She also knows what my tastes are and will surprise me with something every once in a while.

Just like cloths and shoes, she likes the expensive stuff.

Do you allow her to date?

My wife tends to be more along the lines of "just don't tell me about it" and we're all good. She doesn't care as long as she doesn't have to listen to me talk about it.

Ditto...

My wife and I each have one credit card that is strictly ours - hers for yoga classes, shoes, books, and all her sewing supplies/mine for cigars and musical gear.

I too made the mistake of telling/taking my lady to my local B&M; we had a conversation about FFP's a while back (all she remembered was the $$$) and later after I ran out of the shop with a box she gave me the dirtiest looks. Keep the smokes and the lady's separate haha
