There are a few white flecks here and there in the pics but they're not on the table.
The distressing in the stain was intentional. I stained it solid and sanded it back until it had the look I wanted.

The bottom shelf is made from a section of a pallet I've been hanging onto. It was clean and had nice grain so I smoothed it out and stained it.Haha, Well non the less I will still be going with pallets! Made my wedding center pieces out of a few pallets.
