I'm going to go against the grain and say that Ponder is going to get healthy and step up. That dipshit cam newton is going to fall flat on his face.
EXACTLY MY THOUGHTS AS WELL!! :applause:

Im all of a sudden very excited to see the Lions this year. The Suh Fairly combo along with, let us not forget, Van Den Bosch should be pretty good. I think out line will be talked about throughout the league. Might the Lions lead the league in sacks this year? Its very possible now.I liked our pick of OL Gabe Carimi. Da Bears (Cutler) really needed help on the line, and Carimi is a big boy.
I kind of like Fairley to Lions. Fairley/Suh combo is gonna be hard to stop.
edit: thanks for drafting Ponder MN, that's one less team we have to worry about in the division.
Count me in with the bass-ackward crowd who believe that secondary coverage leads to sacks and d-line pressure leads to interceptions.Lets just say I was very happy about the Ponders pick because then I knew the Lions had Fairley there to pick.

Ugh, no comment on Ponder!?! LOLBut Ponder is not the man to lift them up. He was just an ok quarterback. Yeah, I know, look at Aaron Rogers. Not a great quarterback in college, was underrated in the pros and now he has a superbowl ring and MVP trophy.
I was looking at that from the Lions' point of view :frownno:How could you like Fairley to the Lions?
