Photoshop... is overpriced because I don't need 90% of the features. It's like using a bulldozer as a pooper scooper. It gets the job done but is over kill for what is needed.

That's what makes PS Elements such a good buy. Gives you most of the horsepower of the full version (other than CMYK functionality which most don't need anyway) for a fraction of the cost.

Hmmmm, I just use Paint or Windows Phot Editor...they were included on the laptop...for free. :dunno:

I really like Picasa from Google. Lots of effects, fairly easy to use, organizes everything and the price is right (free).
