Petite coronas; Ecuador ligero wrapper on the left, Brazilian on the right. I love rolling these and they are a perfect size (44 x 4-4.5") for these very humid and hot Carolina days!

Just sampled the blend last night and it's right in my flavor profile. Creamy, leathery, earthy, and a touch of spice.... HEAVEN!

Blend:
equal parts Colombian seco to Brazilian mata fina in a dominican binder

Also, they will need a name... help is appreciated!

Wrapping up some sticks for Willy today to drop them off this evening. Love working with his CT shade wrapper.
Do you use a lot of the CT shade wrapper? Seems I've seen several of your sticks with it. Also the veins look smaller on your sticks. My Nic wrapper is very veiny and short. I like my Ecuadorian shade wrapper. Just looking to broaden my horizons.

I mostly use it for wrapping Willy's sticks. I do get to keep the leftovers of what he gives me to wrap his cigars with and have been playing around with it on my blends though. When I first started to roll I didn't really care for shade wrapped cigars and never played with it. As I grow in the hobby and have developed my palate I can now appreciate a well executed shade wrapped cigar. I will be using it more and it certainly does have the smallest veins of any leaf I've worked with.
